Iskander missile hit a dormitory in Kharkov

At dawn on August 18, the Russians launched 5 missile attacks on Kharkov, hitting the Slobodsky and Kholodnogorsky districts. 

An Iskander missile hit a four-story dormitory where civilians were sleeping. Rocket "Iskander" claimed lives  21 people.  9 people were rescued, including two children. In addition, more than 50 people were injured.
