Prisoner exchange: more than a hundred women returned home to Ukraine


On Monday, October 17, another exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

108 women were released from captivity. It was the first all-female exchange

Mothers and daughters, whom their relatives were waiting for, were in captivity. Namely:

37 evacuees from "Azovstal";

11 officers, 85 - privates and sergeants;

35 defenders from the Armed Forces;

32 – Ministry of Internal Affairs;

12 – TRo;

8 – NSU (including 2 from "Azov");

5 - State Special Transport Service of Ukraine (DSST);

4 DPSU;

12 civilians.

Among those released were girls illegally imprisoned in ORDLO, who were captured even before the large-scale invasion.
