Russian kamikaze drones attacked Odessa from the sea
On September 23, Odessa was attacked from the sea by Russian kamikaze drones of Iranian production. As a result of the attack, one civilian was killed, the city's official website reported with reference to OK "Pivden".
One Shahid-136 drone was shot down by air defense forces over the sea.
"Two drones destroyed the administrative building in the port area, rescue services are fighting the fire. One civilian was killed," said the message published in the telegram.
On September 22, according to OC "South", in the Mykolaiv and Bashtan districts, the Ukrainian military shot down 5 kamikaze drones directed by the Russian army at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Israel allowed the transfer of modern equipment for combating drones to Ukraine through Poland. Countermeasures systems are capable of intercepting and landing drones at a safe distance. Anti-drone weaponry belongs to "advanced defense technologies".
